2- Business Address – (Where you will be trading from?)
3- Business Type – (What is the business trade?)
4- Shareholders Percentage – (If more than one shareholder stick how will be on 100%)
5- Company Capital – (How much the capital ‘Normally £1 ordinary’)
6- Shareholders ID (Passport, Driving licence, or Resident permits)
7- Shareholders home address (Proof of home address like utility bill or council tax or driving licence)
8- Shareholders email (to receive reminders & communications from the companies’ house)
9- Shareholders NIC number (National Insurance Number)
10- Shareholders DOB (Date of birth) and Nationality
11- PSC, Person with Significant Control (who will responsible to control & vote for the company)

After receiving the full above information, next day we’ll start processing the registration applications and you have to inform us if you would like to start employing people or register for VAT to make all applications on one time.
What happens next:
After submitting the applications and within 24 hours of successful registration, you will receive Your company number and Certificate of Incorporation
– a letter within 15 working days with the company’s authentication code
-a letter within 15 working days with the company’s Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR)
If employment registration requested, you will receive:
-a letter with your PAYE and Accounts Office reference numbers within 5 working days of the company registering with Companies House
If VAT registration requested, you will receive:
-a letter with your VAT registration number within 15 working days of the company registering with Companies House
